Booking Policy

Please review our booking terms, payment schedule, and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the schedule below based on the time of booking relative to your travel date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days before the scheduled arrival date.

Note: Some resorts may have stricter cancellation policies. Your booking confirmation will specify the applicable policy for your reservation.

Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments may incur a 2.5% processing fee.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfers in USD are accepted. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Please include your booking reference in the transfer.

Important Information

Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Taxes & Service Charges

All quoted prices include applicable GST (16%) and Green Tax ($6 per person per night). Service charges of 10% are standard at all resorts. Additional resort surcharges during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year) may apply.

Transfers

Airport-to-resort transfers (speedboat, domestic flight, or seaplane) are arranged based on your flight schedule. Please provide your international flight details at least 7 days before arrival. Transfer costs are included unless stated otherwise.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. IM Maldives is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.
