IM Maldives Pvt Ltd (“IM Maldives”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a registered Maldives travel specialist and concierge service, incorporated in the Republic of Maldives. We provide travel planning, resort booking, and trip coordination services for guests travelling to the Maldives.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to explore our services and submit travel enquiries. You agree not to:

3. Enquiries & Booking Process

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Our booking process is as follows:

• Enquiry — you submit your travel preferences through our website, WhatsApp, or by email
• Proposal — our team prepares a personalised itinerary or proposal based on your requirements
• Confirmation — a booking is confirmed only when we have received your written acceptance of the proposal and the required deposit or full payment
• Documentation — once confirmed, we will issue confirmation documents detailing your reservation, inclusions, and travel details

We act as an agent on your behalf in arranging services with resort partners, airlines, transfer operators, and other suppliers. Contracts for accommodation and services are between you and the relevant supplier.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Once confirmed, the agreed price is binding, except in cases of supplier price increases outside our control (in which case we will notify you promptly).

Payment terms (deposit amount, balance due date) will be specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Resort rates are typically dynamic and seasonal. The price you are quoted reflects availability at the time of enquiry and may differ from prices shown on resort websites or third-party platforms.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by resort, room category, and rate type. We will clearly communicate the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made within the resort's specified free-cancellation window will not incur a penalty
• Cancellations made after this window may be subject to cancellation fees set by the resort or supplier
• Changes to dates, villa type, or guest numbers are subject to availability and may incur a rate difference
• IM Maldives' service fee, where applicable, is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed

We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that information about resorts, pricing, availability, and services on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of resort descriptions, photographs, or amenity lists, as these are provided by resort partners and may change without notice.

If you rely on specific facilities or inclusions as a material reason for booking, please confirm these with us in writing before confirming your reservation.

7. Limitation of Liability

IM Maldives acts as an agent in arranging travel services. We are not liable for:

• Acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any resort, hotel, airline, transfer operator, or other third-party supplier
• Personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from your travel arrangements
• Disruption to travel caused by force majeure events (see Section 9)
• Inaccuracies in information provided to us by suppliers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with your booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to IM Maldives for the services in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of IM Maldives Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Resort photographs displayed on this website remain the property of the respective resorts or their photographers.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, or failure of third-party suppliers. In such cases, we will work with you and our suppliers to find a suitable alternative arrangement.
