How to Get Group Rates
Resorts do not advertise group discounts, but they exist. Here is how to access them.
Book 5+ rooms through one agent
Most resorts offer 5 to 15% off when you book 5 or more rooms through a single travel agent or directly. The discount applies to the room rate, not extras.
Travel during shoulder season
May, June, September, and October have the lowest rates. Group discounts stack with seasonal pricing. You can save 30 to 40% compared to peak season (December to March).
Ask about the seventh night free
Many resorts offer "stay 7, pay 5" or "stay 5, pay 4" promotions. These are not always listed online. Ask your agent to check current promotions for your dates.
Negotiate transfer costs
Seaplane and speedboat transfers are per person, but resorts sometimes include transfers in group packages. For 8+ people, ask if a private speedboat charter is cheaper than individual tickets.
