Both are excellent family choices. Dhigali is well-established with a proven kids' club and shallow lagoon areas well-suited to young children. Raaya is newer and more design-forward with a strong food and beverage offering. For a family with a toddler specifically, Dhigali's shallower lagoon and more relaxed pace tend to suit younger children slightly better, but both are worth serious consideration.
