August continues the wet season pattern. Rainfall averages 200mm across about 14 days. Sea conditions remain moderate. Sunshine averages 7.5 hours — slightly higher than peak monsoon months. This is when Hanifaru Bay sees its largest manta aggregations (50+ animals at single feedings).
